Return and Refund Policy - Piergiorgio Cerroni 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and fast return process. Please read below to understand how it works.


1. Easy and Fast Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it. No questions, no hassle. If the product does not meet your expectations, we guarantee a quick and easy process. If you selected Premium Shipping, your return window is extended to 60 days.


2. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unworn and in perfect condition.

  • Returned with the original packaging and any relevant certificates or accessories.

  • Modified or damaged items will not be accepted.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please send a request to piergiorgiocerroniofficial@gmail.com.
In your email, please include:

  • Order number.

  • Name and surname of the buyer.

  • Names of the purchased items.

  • Reason for the return or refund.

  • Photos and/or videos showing the issue or condition of the item.

We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was on our part or the item arrived damaged.

4. Fast Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will proceed with a full refund.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.

  • Items in the "Sale" section (final sales).

In the event of damage, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.


6. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we offer:

  • Free replacement with the correct item.

  • Full refund.

If you choose a replacement, the return shipping costs will not be refunded, but if you opt for an in-house credit, we will refund the shipping cost.


7. Final Sale/Special Orders

Items in the "Sale" category or "Final Sale" items are not returnable. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.


8. Quality Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed to be defect-free for a period of 3 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, abrasions, etc.).

  • Damage from moisture or water.

  • Loss of stones or parts due to misuse.


9. Repair Procedure
